If I understand this software you can upload photos to correspond with points on the map. This weekend I hope to head out for a pic or two of tunnels and other trail places of interest. Feel free to upload snaps of your own favorite spot....
We're building an online map of Columbia bike trails at wayfaring.com. Click on the map to see our progress.
What Is This?
This is a blog about blogging.
Or more precisely, this is a blog about me trying to figure out what everyone under 30 already knows intuitively. Here is where I discuss my efforts to build an audience and navigate this brave new online world. I want to be as transparent as possible and I crave your help. Drop me a line at columbiatalk@gmail.com.
I'm the editor of Capital Business, a new weekly business publication from The Washington Post. I'm also the author of Columbia Talk, a random roundup of local news tidbits located at columbiatalk.blogspot.com. The material here is something I prepare in my free time and it is only tangentially related to my work for the newspaper, since I'm also experimenting with new media there. I'm a longtime Columbia resident. I moved to Wilde Lake in 1969, and I now reside in Oakland Mills.
